SustainabilitySDGs
We aim to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted at the UN Summit in September 2015 through our business activities.
We are making the following efforts to contribute to the achievement of the SDGs.
Guided by our aspiration to “serve and contribute to society,” we allocate a portion of our annual profits to the listed authorized non-profit organizations (NPOs) below,
which are dedicated to alleviating hunger and poverty not only within Japan but on a global scale.
- Japanese Red Cross Society
- Japan Committee for UNICEF
- Médecins Sans Frontières
- UNHCR (The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees)
- NPO Kibo no Ie
Specifically, our contributions aid in various areas including conflict and natural disaster relief, medical and refugee assistance, a fund dedicated to enhancing water and sanitation in Madagascar, relief funds for the nutritional crisis in Africa,
purchasing high-quality tents, as well as providing operational funds for facilities aiding individuals who have been displaced.
※Médecins Sans Frontières is a private, non-profit medical and humanitarian aid organization active in more than 70 countries around the world.
With a goal to contribute to the development of wholesome food products,
we are conscientiously focusing on a plant-based approach and are intensifying our efforts to broaden the sales of rice protein (sourced from Vietnam), which is a plant-based protein.
We resonate with the endeavors of the Ashinaga Foundation, which is committed to realizing a society where orphans across the globe have equal opportunities for education, and we extend annual donations to support their cause.

Striving to foster a balanced “work-life atmosphere” , we aspire to create a conducive environment where our employees can thrive long-term.
“Condensed Molasses Solubles (CMS)” that we market are effectively repurposed residues from monosodium glutamate production, which are diverted for use as fertilizer and feed.
We also channel unwanted clothing and everyday items to WE21 Japan, an accredited NPO, aiding in their zero-waste resource recycling initiatives.

In our bid to mitigate environmental impact, we are earnestly promoting energy-saving measures.
This includes practical steps like maintaining appropriate temperature settings across our premises and exercising electricity saving during break times.
We are also advancing towards a paperless environment within our company through a multifaceted Digital Transformation (DX) approach,
which encompasses the adoption of paperless fax systems, reutilizing backing paper, and advocating for double-sided copying.
